Circular & Upcycled Materials
Multi Layered Plastic Recycled Boards
The non-biodegradable output—consisting of plastics, polymers, aluminum foils, multilayered plastics, and other non-recyclable components—is sterilized and recycled into durable boards. These boards directly replace particle board, MDF, and plywood, helping reduce the environmental damage caused by cutting trees for furniture production.
Local carpenters and artisans transform these boards into beautiful furniture pieces, creating jobs and supporting livelihoods. In doing so, we not only prevent plastics from being dumped but also contribute to preserving forests by reducing the need to cut down trees.
Plastic Lumber
Plastic Lumber is tested and certified by NABL-accredited laboratories for resistance to water absorption, screw and nail withdrawal, cracking, fungus, and other critical mechanical properties.
Door frames made from Plastic Lumber outperform wood, WPC, and PVC alternatives, especially in bathrooms, bedrooms, and balconies where frames must remain waterproof, termite-proof, and durable across all seasons and heavy usage. Unlike WPC and PVC, Plastic Lumber door frames can be drilled, screwed, and re-screwed multiple times without losing strength or integrity.
Tetra Pak Waste Boards
Tetra Pak Waste Boards are an eco-friendly alternative to traditional wood-based panels. With higher density, excellent compressive strength, and minimal water absorption (0.13–0.25%), these boards offer superior durability and stability compared to MDF, plywood, and WPC. They remain intact under boiling tests with no swelling or delamination, while providing strong screw- and nail-holding capacity. Easy to drill, screw, and handle, they serve as a heavy-duty, moisture-resistant, and sustainable solution for furniture and construction.
Recycled Teak Flooring
Ipse Reclaim Teak Flooring is a custom-design reclaimed teak company specializing in high-quality, recycled, 100% teak flooring and decking.
Our mission is to provide the most environmentally responsible, beautiful, durable, and authentic hardwood materials on the market. Each piece of teak is carefully reclaimed by hand from old doors and windows of demolished houses.
Too many woodlands are lost to deforestation, often due to poor recycling systems. We aim to deliver premium teak hardwood flooring without harming the environment. By salvaging 100% recycled teak, our process is entirely zero-waste—ensuring no new trees are cut down.
Cement Tiles
Cement Tiles combine durability, beauty, and sustainability. With proper fixing and polishing, they develop a natural sheen that improves with age, making each floor unique. Slight shade variations and natural crazing add to their charm. Low in water absorption and crafted to last, these tiles are eco-friendly, saving CO₂ from landfills. Regular care with mild cleaners ensures their long-lasting elegance—without the use of harsh chemicals, acids, or detergents.
Recycled P.E.T. Yarn Flooring
Recycled PET-Yarn is a synthetic material made from recycled plastic bottles, making it an environmentally friendly alternative. Highly resistant to water, sunlight, and dirt, PET yarn rugs are an excellent choice for both indoor and outdoor use.
For care, wipe spills and stains with a damp cloth, using mild foamed detergent if necessary. Frequent vacuuming is recommended, but avoid strong power heads or stiff bristle brushes to prevent damage. If placed outdoors during heavy rain, allow the rug to dry properly between uses, as prolonged dampness may deteriorate the fibers. Some shedding and pilling is normal and can be easily removed with a fabric shaver or scissors. We recommend using a rug underlay to protect both your rug and floor while also preventing slipping.
Upcycled Electronic Waste
Upcycled Electronic Waste transforms discarded electronics into valuable new materials and products, reducing landfill impact and conserving natural resources. By extracting components such as metals, plastics, and glass, e-waste is given a second life through creative reuse and innovative design. This process not only minimizes environmental harm but also promotes a circular economy where waste becomes a resource.
Green & Healthy Materials
Outdoor Agri Boards
It is a sustainable, eco-friendly panel product designed for interiors, exteriors, and joinery applications. Made with a high content of natural fibers derived from agri-residues such as rice husk and straw (over 100 PHR), it offers a zero-wood alternative to traditional tropical wood and wood-based panels.
This innovative material is termite-proof, waterproof, flame-retardant, and smoke-suppressant (passing Class 1/A in the ASTM E84 test). It is also resistant to electrical short circuits and provides excellent acoustic performance, acting as a sound barrier due to its homogeneous structure.
The panels are easy to thermoform and mold into any shape or design, much like solid surfaces, giving architects and designers the freedom to bring their ideas from concept to reality. With zero emissions—completely free from hazardous formaldehyde and VOCs—it is safe and sustainable.
Its natural wood-like appearance allows for printing, painting, staining, varnishing, veneer or laminate overlays, and CNC routing. The high fiber content also enhances physical and mechanical properties, offering superior screw-holding strength and durability compared to peer products.
Farmers Board
Farmer’s Board is a carbon-negative, eco-friendly panel made from 96% crop residue and 4% binder. Strong, durable, and resilient, it offers excellent thermal insulation (0.0292 W/m-K), high acoustic performance (NRC 0.6–0.90), and fire resistance up to 2 hours. With the lowest VOC emissions, it improves indoor air quality while being termite- and moisture-resistant. Perfect for ceilings, wall paneling, partitions, furniture, doors, and flooring, Farmer’s Board is a sustainable solution that combines strength, comfort, and environmental responsibility.
Bio Felt
Bio Felt is a sustainable, eco-friendly material made from discarded animal residue. With a negative carbon footprint, it is free from chemicals and VOCs, making it safe for both people and the environment. Naturally fire-retardant and acoustically insulated, Bio Felt provides superior sound absorption and effective thermal insulation (0.023–0.024 W/mK). Strong, versatile, and planet-friendly, it is an ideal choice for interiors that demand comfort, safety, and sustainability.
Dry Walls
Dry Walls are sustainable, lightweight panels made from discarded animal residue with a strong honeycomb structure. They are 80% organic, modular, and completely human- and environment-friendly. Offering superior thermal resistance (0.023–0.024 W/mK) and balanced acoustic performance, these dry walls combine strength, sound absorption, and insulation—making them an eco-conscious choice for modern interiors.
Agrocrete
Agrocrete is a next-generation green building block made from crop residue and industrial by-products, offering a low-carbon, high-performance alternative to conventional masonry. With 50% lower construction costs, 350% higher thermal insulation, and 100% faster masonry, it delivers both economic and environmental benefits.
Durable for 75+ years, Agrocrete withstands heavy anchorage, requires no bond beams or chasing for service lines, and bonds seamlessly with plaster. Its technical performance includes ≥5 MPa strength, density of 800–1000 kg/m³, water absorption of 10–12%, and a U-value ≤1.2 W/m²K. Each 1000 sqft of Agrocrete captures 4 tons of CO₂ and prevents 13.71 tons from entering the atmosphere—making it a truly carbon-negative material.
Reclaimed Wood
Reclaimed wood is an exceptionally durable, weathered material so reclaimed wood furniture tends to last a lifetime.
We use reclaimed teak and railway sleepers in our furniture. It is weatherproof even in exposed locations and is sustainable because it is recycled from old wooden structures.
Teak wood is notably hard-wearing and is full of rich natural oils which makes it resistant to termites and pests.
Organic Cotton
Our organic cotton pieces are all 100% hand woven by our skilled craftsmen using the Tana Bana technique. This low pile weaving technique introduces slubs and knots in the fabric, creating an overall unique texture. Cotton is a fantastic choice for keeping the interior aesthetic casual and relaxed.
